Wendy Hudson graduated from the University of Detroit School of Law in 1992 which included a semester abroad at London’s Regent’s University. After graduation, she clerked at the Detroit Wayne County 3rd Circuit Court for 3 years and then moved to Maui. She joined the Office of the Public Defender on Maui in 1999 and became Supervising attorney in 2004. After 18 + years at the Public Defender’s fighting for Maui’s indigent defendants, she started Hudson Law, LLLC.

Criminal Defense

Wendy handles District, Family and Circuit Court criminal matters in Hawaii, from preliminary hearings, pretrial conferences, and pretrial motions to trial and Hawaii Paroling Authority hearings. 

 


TRO’s and Orders of Protection

Wendy helps with filing, dealing with and defending alleged violations of Temporary and Permanent Restraining Orders.
